Background
Johnathan and fellow neighbors, plus former coworkers, and even celebrities and politicians, are stranded on the government satellite and wireless cellular tower surveillance networks, due to a group of misfits at a former employer, XTO ENERGY, creating accounts to track and stalk beautiful women and other “pretty people,” plus any person, who they fancy; which, nonetheless, is terrorism by state law. Johnathan's account was created by a former senior supervisor at XTO ENERGY, where Johnathan was a contractor, through Matrix Resources, during the year of 2013. After submitting a Freedom of Information Act request, this information eventually was relayed to him, from a Department of Homeland Security Special Agent, within the Department of Homeland Security Office of the Inspector General in Frisco, Texas; where the former name of XTO ENERGY, CROSS TIMBERS OIL COMPANY, was registered with the Department of Homeland Security to access the government's satellite surveillance network to "monitor oil and gas wells, as well as, other property owned by the company." From what Johnathan experienced, he is the only one running for office that has any knowledge to stop this crime.
Special Agents from the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Bureau of Investigations, both, claim the State will handle the crime -- and not the Federal side. This particular surveillance camera system has RAYTHEON Long Range Acoustic Device ("LRAD") sensors on the "Wireless Cellular Tower Networks," which will cause bodily injury, when used. Unfortunately, the XTO ENERGY personnel have access to the "Wireless Cellular Tower Surveillance Networks" by having the access to the Space Surveillance Network ("SSN") environment. Presumably, XTO ENERGY personnel, or any personnel from other companies that have the same government surveillance access, would only monitor the boundaries of the company's property. However, this has not been the case, with certain misfits, at XTO ENERGY, that have not been policed. Why is this technology in place? Why are the two surveillance networks available for commercial use? Both are good questions.
More About Johnathan
Family Background
Johnathan was raised by his maternal grandparents ("Davidson") in a Presbyterian home, with French Country-style cooking, in Oklahoma. His father is a retired dentist, Terrence ("Terry") Thaddeus Hampton, DMD. Johnathan looks identical to his father. Ironically, Johnathan's paternal grandfather, William Edwin Hampton, a former bank vice president, was raised by his maternal grandparents, in Kentucky. William married Madolyn Trowbridge, who is a direct descendant of Captain William Fuller and Sarah Martiau, who is the daughter of Captain Nicholas Martiau, who arrived in 1620 and bought the land that became Yorktown, Virginia Colony. Edwin Hampton's father, Garland Hampton, was a dentist, also, who first traveled, as a young man, to Pottawatomie County, Oklahoma, from Hardin County, Kentucky, with his parents, James William Hampton and Louisa Hatfield, during the years of the Oklahoma Land Runs, in the late 1800's. Garland later moved to Hominy, Osage County, Oklahoma and was one the town's dentists. James William Hampton bought land in Asher, Oklahoma and kept his property in Kentucky, as well. The family would travel back and forth, thereafter. It turns out that this was a common practice, where Garland Hampton's first wife's, Marietta McMurtry's, father, George Edgar McMurtry, also, bought land in the Oklahoma Land Runs and still kept his property in Hardin County, Kentucky. Marietta, herself, also bought land in Oklahoma, before she was married. George Edgar McMurtry appears to have gone on several scouting missions for property to buy, for he is showing up in other states with land that he bought. The McMurtry family is a sept of Stuart and, consequently, direct descendants of Robert de Bruce, King of Scotland, from a land purchase and marriage arrangement with the Stuart's sister to create the sept family line. George Edgar McMurtry's parents were Stephen McMurtrie and Sarah Mariah Haycraft, who was the daughter of the Kentucky State Senator Samuel Haycraft, born 1795 and Johnathan's fourth great-grandfather, who was a member of the Bar Association of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and served as a County Clerk, County Judge, and State Senator. Senator Samuel Haycraft's father was Colonel Samuel Haycraft, born 1752, who was a revolutionary war soldier and enlisted as a private for two and a half years, at the age of 21, during the first part of the year 1776, in Captain James Hook's Company, 13th Virginia Regiment, under the command of Colonel John Gibson. He was stationed "on the Frontier," out of Fort Pitt.
In 1779, Colonel Samuel Haycraft returned to Fort Pitt and reunited with his wife, Margaret Van Meter, who was the daughter of Jacob Jansen Van Meter, who led an expedition on the Ohio River to what is today the Louisville, Kentucky area. Colonel Samuel Haycraft and family accompanied Jacob and other settlers and built Haycraft's fort, in what is today Elizabethtown, Kentucky. Three forts were constructed; one built by Colonel Haycraft, one built by Captain Helm, and the third fort built by Colonel Hynes. Captain Thomas Helm was Johnathan's 6th great-grandfather, who became a judge in Hardin County and had a son, John Helm, who, also, later obtained a judgeship. John Helm's daughter, Sarah Brown Helm, married Senator Samuel Haycraft, Jr. At one point in time, in the late 1780's, these three forts were the farthermost outposts, in the West. Another fort was built by Van Meter that protected the water supply for Elizabethtown. Another interesting story, about Colonel Samuel Haycraft, is that he obtained a contract, with appropriations, from Congress to build a new bridge, in what is today Elizabethtown, Kentucky, where he actually hired Abraham Lincoln's father to help build it. In May 1795, Colonel Samuel Haycraft was commissioned, by Governor Isaac Shelby, to serve as Hardin County's Sheriff for Hardin County. In 1801, he was elected to the Kentucky House of Representatives to represent Hardin County. He also served as the County Quarter Session or District Court Judge, in 1802 and 1803. County District Courts later replaced Quarter Session Courts.
Back to the Hampton line, this Hampton family line previously arrived in Kentucky, soon after the Revolutionary War, from Granville County, North Carolina Colony, where Captain Andrew Hampton, born in 1711 and died in 1770, at Saint George's Parish, Georgia, owned a plantation, of two thousand acres, and raised his children. It is written that this plantation fed a thousand Indians. In addition, Andrew had a judgeship in the English Court, in Granville County, North Carolina Colony. All, of those travelling through the area, stayed at Captain Andrew Hampton's plantation, where he had a tavern built, for it was too dangerous to make camp elsewhere, in the 1760's and earlier. Andrew's first son, John, was a Lieutenant Colonel or Major in the Southern Loyalist Regiment, that was a part of the British Army. John was captured, during the Revolutionary War. Petitions, from the citizens of Granville County to the governor, freed John, but the governor assigned a Major from the Continental Army to guard him, throughout the rest of the war. John's younger brother, Captain Ephriam Hampton, served in the Granville Militia. Ephriam is Johnathan's sixth great-grandfather, from what the Hampton family genealogical researchers determined. Captain Andrew Hampton's younger cousin was Colonel Andrew Hampton, who is the person that the Hampton Fort in Rutherford County, North Carolina is named after and was the commander of the Rutherford County Regiment, between 1779 and 1782. The Governor's Office of North Carolina used this regiment to engage and battle the British in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Both Captain Andrew Hampton, of Granville County, and Colonel Andrew Hampton, of Rutherford County, are direct descendants of John Hampton, from East Lothian, Scotland. On August 1775, Colonel Andrew Hampton was one the signers to the Declaration of Rights and Independence from British Tyranny, in Tryon County, North Carolina Colony.
Johnathan's Y-DNA is recorded with the Hampton genealogical research group and matches with the Scottish Quaker John Hampton family line, that arrived in North America, in 1686, who were members of the first British settlers of Staten Island and, later, Freehold, New Jersey Colony. This line can be traced back to 13th Century Scotland, near Glasgow, when it first arrived from England, presumably, under the orders of King Edward I. The coat of arms of Hampton was found on the wall of a church, in Glasgow. Interestingly enough, Rogerus de Hamtone, who recently changes his coat of arms for war, leads his troops into Scotland, to never return to England, was found feuding with other English realms. The Scottish referred to these Hamptons as the "Hamptons from the many Hamptons of England." Thereafter, the Hampton family eventually moved to the eastern coastal region, just south of Aberdeen. The Hampton line is Italo-Gallo, La Tène Celtic, in origin, by the Y-DNA "R1B>S28" marker. The name first arrives in Britannia, recorded as Hamtona, in 716 A.D., within Mercia, where the first known farm and town, Northampton, located on it. The Hampton family is not Anglo nor Saxon, but from Southern Gaul, originally near Toulouse, and later the marker changes to S28, with the marriages with Greek women, in Northern Italy ("Gaul Cisalpine"). The confusion, of referring to the Hamptons as Anglo Saxon, has to do with the family migrations from Austria to Bavaria to Normandy, where they acquired farmland each time. The Hamptons are descended from one of the soldiers, in the Roman Legion, deployed on the border of Austria and Hungary, around 550 A.D., where the legion kept the Huns from entering Central Europe. From Northern Italy, over 2,000 years ago to 550 A.D., in Austria, is a challenge to trace but is the path to follow. The La Tène Celts populated areas in Northern Italy and Southern Gaul, before the Roman invasion campaigns began, where the Romans were made up of Greeks and other tribes located north of Greece, across the Adriatic Sea. In 600 B.C., Massalia, today known as Marseille, France, was founded and built as a Greek outpost to trade directly with the La Tène Celts for iron ore, where there was no iron ore to be found in Greece, at all. The name, Hampton, is scattered throughout old Mercia and Wessex Kingdoms, where the Danish and Viking invaders could not break through, except for the first farm, with Northampton, fell to the Danes. Older maps, with the boundaries drawn of the kingdoms, in Britain, during the 8th through 10th Centuries, clearly show this quite visibly. Moreover, Wolverhampton is located near old Roman mining sites and routes to and from the remote mining sites in Western Britain.
The Davidson line first arrived during 1746, in the Virginia Colony, after the "Trials of Carlisle," where the surviving Jacobite Army soldiers were put on trial for treason to the Hanoverian Crown, following the “Battle of Culloden," in April 1746. All Jacobite prisoners were hanged, except for members of the Clan Chatten; for they were brought onto the battlefield, during the last day of the battle, from pleas for help by the Jacobite cause and Chieftain of the Mackintosh's wife. The Clan Chatten was composed of related Pictish families in a Conferderation of Clans, North of the Grampian Mountains, who occupied Inverness Castle. Inverness Castle was the regional governmental seat (i.e., Sheriff's Office, Tax Assessor's Office, and Civil and Criminal Courts.) Earlier, on 14-15 November, 1745, the successful Siege of Carlisle by Charles Edward Stuart and his Jacobite Army was won. Later in 1746, Charles Stuart was forced to retreat out of England and back to a stronghold in Scotland. The Hanoverian Army soon besieged Carlisle and seized it. Where do you go, when you stir up a hornet's nest in England? Well, the answer is Inverness Castle. Charles and the Jacobite Army fled to Inverness Castle for protection. Charles flees to Rome and escapes the noose. He is still living in an apartment in Rome, while the Revolutionary War occurs in the British North American Colonies.
The Davidson Y-DNA has been tested with the results of R1B>L-21 (Atlantic Celtic Branch, British Isles.) The Picts are originally known as the Pictones, located north of Bordeaux and around Poitiers, in France. The second generation, from this Davidson line, was born in the North Carolina Colony and enlisted, as a private, in Colonel Thomas Polk's North Carolina 4th Regiment, in the Southern Division of the Continental Army, in Orange County, North Carolina Colony, on May 5, 1776, and fought under George Washington's command in Brandywine, Germantown, and Monmouth, during the Revolutionary War. The name of this soldier, who was Johnathan's fourth great-grandfather, is Joseph Davidson, born 1754, son of John Davidson, born 1725, in Inverness, Scotland. On May 12, 1780, Joseph was captured at the Siege on Charleston, South Carolina, by the British, and spent about two years on a prison ship docked in the harbor at Brooklyn, New York. Later, in the summer of 1782, he was discharged in White Plains, New York. He and one of his friends, on the prison ship, became ill, and his friend died of smallpox. Joseph traveled from White Plains, New York to Orange County, North Carolina and got married, soon thereafter, to Sarah Peavy. In 1838, Sarah stated, "They had a total of thirteen children, with ten still living." Joseph received land from land lotteries, in Georgia, and a pension for serving in the Continental Army. He lived in Montgomery County, Alabama, before moving to Jasper County, Georgia, in 1818, and, later, to Pike County, Georgia.
By 1746, 98% of Johnathan's ancestors reached North America. The last ancestor, James Kneale, born 1824, Johnathan's third great-grandfather, arrived from the Isle of Man, via Liverpool, England to New Orleans, Louisiana, on July 5th, 1849. He took ride, on a river boat, north on the Mississippi River to reach the Missouri River. On the Missouri River, he traveled to Kansas City and, later, Saint Joseph, Missouri. James left the Isle of Man, because he did not want to become a farmer. However, he is recorded in Holt County, Missouri, as the person, who brought modern agricultural techniques to the Northeast Kansas and Northwest Missouri regions. James' younger brother and his wife and daughter moved to Melbourne, Australia, while his other siblings stayed on the Isle of Man. James Kneale married Ruth Ann Wickham, born 1834, who was the daughter of Thomas Wickham and Clarissa Jane Zane, who was the daughter of Isaac Zane and Mary French. Isaac Zane is the son of Jonathan Zane and Hannah Ann Mills, who are Johnathan's sixth great-grandparents and were depicted in the Zane Grey's novel, "Betty Zane." Isaac and Mary French's father are both mentioned in the story, as well. Fort Henry, where the township of Wheeling, West Virginia is located, was the location of the last battle in the Revolutionary War, from September 11th to 13th, 1782. After the war, Congress appropriated thousands of dollars to Colonel Ebenezer Zane, Jonathan Zane's older brother, for building towns and roads to open up what is today the State of Ohio. The town of Zanesville, Ohio was founded by the Zane family. Jonathan Zane is buried next to his wife, Hannah, and brother, Ebenezer, in Martins Ferry, Ohio, not far from where Fort Henry once stood on the other side of the Ohio River. The graveyard has the famous Betty Zane statue, at the entrance gate.
Johnathan's first ancestors to arrive in North America, in 1609, are John Chandler ("10th great-grandfather"), at age nine, and George Percy ("12th great-grandfather.") George Percy was the younger brother of Sir Henry Percy, 9th Earl of Northumberland ("Wizard Earl"), who was held in the Tower of London, over the "Gunpowder Plot." George was spoiled, as most Percy boys were raised. His older brother, Sir Henry Percy, invested in the voyage to America, with the Thomas West II's family members, and purchased his younger brother's commission; where Thomas West III, Lord Baron de la Warr, who was in command, made George Percy a Governor of the Virginia Colony. John Chandler was to join with the first Chandler family, who settled on Roanoke Island, in 1587. The relationship between the younger John Chandler and Chandler Family, of Roanoke Island, cannot be determined. Governor John West ("11th great-grandfather"), son of Sir Thomas West II, Lord Baron de la Warr, arrived in Jamestown, during 1618, and was the only one out of the West family brothers, who attended Oxford College, that graduated with a Bachelor of Law, in 1613. The older West family brothers attended Oxford College, as well, for a few semesters, each. George Percy was the father of Governor John West's wife, Anne. John’s and Anne's son, Colonel John West II ("10th great-grandfather"), was the captive in the Bacon’s Rebellion. Once Col. West was freed, he soon sat on a tribunal to sentence all of those men, who kidnapped and persecuted him, to be hanged, in Williamsburg, Virginia Colony. Johnathan has promised XTO ENERGY personnel, who kidnapped him on the government satellite surveillance network and persecuted him, to be hanged the same way as the hostage takers in Bacon's Rebellion were hanged.
